> Initial confirmation of place in programme will be sent via email.

> Final confirmation will be made by telephone contact or email from the Istanbul Food Workshop one week prior to the session commencing.

> Payment will be accepted at the end of the session.

> Sessions will be cancelled if a minimum number of participants (3) is not met.
